We take our wood smoked BBQ serious. 

We've been to competitions as competitors and judges. We've taken that knowledge and perfected our BBQ.

BBQ-Suggested Menu

Meats

Pulled Pork:  Probably our best item! Super tender and shredded. Great for sandwiches, covered in sauce, plain or on top of some smoked mac n cheese or a baked potato.

Old Fashioned Ox Roast: Full of flavor and tender beef roasts smoked and shredded. (no, it's not really ox)

Ribs: Baby back ribs. Sauced or dry. 

Grilled Chicken: Chicken Quarters or Pieces, grilled to perfection! 

Sausage: Smoked Italian sausage.

All meats come with the appropriate sauces. 

Sides

Homemade Macaroni & Cheese: My homemade highly requested creamy macaroni & cheese. Smoked or baked. (great for Piggy Mac)

Baked Beans: Homemade, thick, full of bacon, peppers, onion and seasonings. Like it spicy? Let us know! 

Mashed Potatoes: Homestyle or Seasoned Garlic

Coleslaw: Creamy and traditional. Like it spicy? Let us know!

Macaroni  or Potato Salad: Delicious! Made with eggs, onion, relish and my homemade sauce.

Deviled Eggs: You can never have too many deviled eggs! Smooth filling and so tasty.

Baked Cheesy Potato Casserole: Topped with buttery corn flakes. Like it spicy? Let us know! 

Redskin Potatoes: Garlic and buttery redskin potatoes. 

Baked Potatoes: Seasoned and oven baked, comes with all the fixins. (great for Porktatos)

Pasta Salad: Filled with vegetables, pepperoni and cheese tossed in italian dressing. 

Corn Dish: Mexican Street Corn or Skillet Corn. Like it spicy? Let us know! 

Fruit Salad: Depends on what's in season. 

Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots: Loaded with butter and brown sugar.

Green Beans: Garlic seasoned green beans.

Scalloped Potatoes: Just like grandmas

Deluxe Smoked Package: Choice of pulled pork, sausage or chicken. Choice of ribs, brisket, or ox roast. Choice of 2 sides. Includes breads and sauces. $19/person

Delivery in the 44805 zip code is free.

Delivery outside of the 44805 zip code but in Ashland county is $25.

Delivery in any surrounding county is $50.

A minimum setup fee of $25.00 will be added to your invoice for each time setup is required.

$500 or 25% (whichever is lower) non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Balance is due one week before event.
